Burton is one of the select few rottweilers to make the AKC Top Twenty Working Dog List--With limited showing he was the 2008 AKC # 2 breed and all breed rottweiler. Burton is winner of multiple AKC and CKC Best in Show wins, Multiple AKC Specialties in Florida, California ( Golden State and Norcal) Colorado ( Mile High RC) and Alaska .Burton is a Westminster and Eukanuba AOM and the sire of multiple BISS and BIS winners, Eukanuba BOB Winner, and performance titled dogs from very limited breedings. Not to be ignored, Burton's RN was attained with 3 1st place wins with only 4 days of training with Teresa Bradley of Neu Rodes. Teresa also piloted Burton to his CD with 3 straight Q's and placements( including a 1st in Novice B with 195.5, his RA and an RE, the latter with 3 placements, of which were 1st place wins. Given the number of dogs he defeated when undertaking his performance titles Burton was ranked the #1 RN dog in the United States for the 1st quarter 2010.
Burton is a substantial dog with type, bone and a deep true mahogany color. He is a fabulous working dog who excels in any venue and whose temperament is perhaps his most significant asset. Not only are Burton's parents CHIC ( all 4 passing) but so is he, a number of his highly achieved littermates and a high percentage of his offspring.
